Good evening Glover Wildcats.  This is Mrs. Vincente, your Glover CLC Principal.  It is Sunday evening, May 8, 2022.  I have a few important announcements for the coming week.

I would like to wish everyone a happy Mother’s Day.  I hope you had a nice day with your families.

We are going to do another perfect attendance incentive for the month of May.  If your child is at school every day, is on time, and does not leave early, your child will be in a drawing for a Razor scooter.  Each grade level will have a drawing at the end of the month.

We have completed OST testing at Glover.  All students will be completing their I-Ready math and reading in the next couple of weeks.

It is time to start thinking about Kindergarten registration.  If you have a child that will be five years old by September 30, 2022, it is time to register for Kindergarten.  This can be done now online and the sooner the better.  If you have any questions about Kindergarten registration, please ask Ms. Walker.  She is an expert!

If you look on the APS website, you may begin registering for summer opportunities for your scholar.  Mystery camps will be offered again this year.  Ms. Noland is overseeing a Camp Invention at Glover the week after school is out in June.  Your child brought home a flyer about registering for Camp Invention.  There is a limit so register now!  There are only a few seats remaining.

Remember, we are here to learn, to work, and to make good decisions.  Again, let’s finish Glover strong.
