Good evening Glover Wildcats.  This is Mrs. Vincente, your Glover CLC Principal.  It is Sunday evening, May 15, 2022.  I have a few important announcements for the coming week.

We are going to do another perfect attendance incentive for the month of May.  If your child is at school every day, is on time, and does not leave early, your child will be in a drawing for a Razor scooter.  Each grade level will have a drawing at the end of the month.

There are only 13 days of school left.  Glover scholars, you need to finish strong!  You need to try your best on your I-Ready tests and your end-of-the-year ORR’s. You need to show how much you have learned this year! 

If you look on the APS website, you may begin registering for summer opportunities for your scholar.  Mystery camps will be offered again this year.  Flyers will be sent home this week about Mystery Camp if you are having trouble registering.  Also look for a flyer this week regarding our end-of-the-year activities and recognitions and celebrations. 

Parents, even though we do not have uniforms this year, scholars should still be following the APS dress code which includes no short shorts. The APS Board of Education voted last Monday that there will not be uniforms for the 2022-23 school year.  So plan accordingly as you do our back to school shopping in the summer. 

Remember, we are here to learn, to work, and to make good decisions.  Again, be sure to show what you know and finish the year Glover strong!
